CEA serves the community by carrying out construction or renovation work in the social welfare and school sectors. Seismic safety work has also been carried out.
In addition, the cooperative carries out commercial and residential construction projects for public and private clients. Over the years it has completed works of considerable importance and architectural interest.

CEA has also dealt with the redevelopment of sites of historical and cultural importance, protected by the fine arts, intervening with actions of:

• Rehabilitation of sites of historical and cultural importance
• Structural restoration
• Post-earthquake reconstruction
• Restoration of monumental facades

Innovation in CEA is for the benefit of both the environment and the worker. The cooperative invests in research and development in order to identify new technologies that can make company processes more efficient. Some already implemented are:

Jobsafer: : A system that monitors the use of personal protective equipment. The safety devices are equipped with Bluetooth transmitters that communicate with the operator and his manager, sending alerts to their cell phones. This allows them to monitor the proper use of PPE and flag any non-use.

Vision: : multimedia glasses that transmit in real time to the operations centre what a worker is viewing, allowing a remote and simultaneous management of several sites.
