CEA's specialist sectors include a team of technicians experienced in the design, construction and management of water treatment plants. More than 300 plants are managed, including biological, anaerobic, chemical-physical and drinking water treatment plants. CEA is able to build purification plants with a total capacity of over 1,000,000 p.e.

CEA has created an intelligent hydraulic device that characterises runoff and first and second rain water in real time. The main chemical-physical parameters of the water are acquired dynamically in order to capture the presence of pollutants in real time and thus divert the water to the treatment plant rather than to the sewerage network.
